I've heard mention of it -- although it may have come from the same source
-- but I strongly suspect that it is a misunderstanding.  The CM was not
designed as a quarantine vehicle.  What *would* make sense, and might have
given rise to the misunderstanding, would be use of the Apollo quarantine
trailers:  they were specifically designed for safe and comfortable
transport of people possibly infected with strange germs.
